Hello Crafters! Today, I have another cute Penguin Palace Stamps card for you using the Congratulations Stamp set along with that cute little hairdresser from the It's your Day set.
The congratulations set is jam-packed full of fabulous sentiments that will come in handy for so many occasions - it will become one of my go-to sets I'm sure!
I have created a Distress Oxide Background on watercolour paper and then stamped onto the watercolour paper with my Congratulations stamp from the set. The rest of the sentiment, I stamped on black card and white embossed for some contrast.
