Countdown To Confetti - Reverse Confetti Day 3

Hello Fetti Fans! Welcome to Day 3 of the Countdown to Confetti! Today we have Crafty Critters, Cheerful Pals and Flowers For a Friend. I have used Crafty Critters - this is such an adorable set - to create a cheeky monkey card. I also just had to use that little elephant from Cheerful Pals for a kindness card - both sets are just the sweetest. I unfortunately didn't have the Flowers For a Friend set for these previews but don't forget to head over to the other team members blogs to see the wonderful projects they have created with this stamp set!

I started by randomly stamping the crafty images on a white piece of card stock. I coloured them with light copics (R81, RV91, YG13, YG21, C3, C1, BG53, B01). I stamped and coloured the monkey with E25, E23, E51) I die cut the monkey and trimmed the background piece to fit a kraft coloured cardbase.

I cut fussy cut the heart from vellum after embossing it with with the Hearts Confetti Cut which is also part of the new release. I stamped and white embossed the sentiment and adhered all elements to the card. I ADORE that monkey!!

The second card was made using the Cheerful Pals set which is all about kindness! I used the Oh My Heart Cover Panel to create a white-on-white background (inspo from a very cute card by Jessica Frost Ballas on Instagram but another fave of mine is Joy Taylor - she does many 'white space' backgrounds that I love too!)

I replaced some of the hearts in the diecut, popping them up with 3D foam.  This gives the background some more interest and texture. I stamped and coloured the Elephant with Copics (C5, C3, C1, C00, R89, R29, R05). I stamped the sentiment and white embossed it for a sentiment strip.

I finished the card by using a Hearts Confetti Cut hearts strip using patterned paper from the Sweet As Sugar Paper Pad.
