Now onto my card! It's interactive (of course) and features a super cute crazy crab that scuttles accross the card!
For construction - I have another post on my blog showing more detail about the mechanism for a similar card - check it out here. Watch the video below for the cute movement.

Such a fun card!
Supplies used:
Head In The Clouds Stencil
 Nuvo Glimmer Paste
Distress Oxide Inks
Stitched Slopey Joes Border Dies
Wavy Water Slide Dies
A Little Shellfish
You Go Gull
Build A Cabin Die
Copic Markers
Alcohol Friendly Cardstock

I started the card by coloring a white card piece with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide, then used the  Head In The Clouds stencil to create some shimmery clouds. I put this aside to dry. I cut some sand pieces from Kraft card with the Stitched Slopey Joes Border Dies and used copics and a white gel pen to 'dot' a sand texture. I trimmed these to fit the front of the card piece. I used the wavy waterslide die (the one with the 'tighter' wave shape)  to cut a channel towards the bottom of the cloud piece. I moved the die along and cut again, so that the wavy channel was longer & extended across the front of the card. I attached the coin, slider element and acetate tab as shown on my other blog post and the crab to the acetate tab once I had colored the images and die-cut them out.

I placed 3D foam around the edges of the 'sand' (making sure nothing was in the way of the slider
mechanism) and adhered to the front of the card. I adhered the other images and die cuts as shown.
I stamped and trimmed the sentiment strip! This is such fun to play with and makes for a super funny
interactive card - the little crab looks so cute scuttling across the card!
Don't forget the Lil Lighthouse free stamp set offer too!!
