25 Days Of Christmas Tags Heffy Doodle Stamps

Hello Crafters!  Hope you are enjoying the 25 Days of Christmas Tags event for 2020, hosted on the “In My Creative Opinion Blog“.  During November we have a huge collaboration where creators from a range of companies come together to create some wonderful Christmas Tags. The main post and link up info is here

I have some simple but striking tags for you today using the Santa's Village Stamp Set from Heffy doodle and some sentiments from Elfish Antics.  The tags themselves are made using the Tag Along dies - they are the perfect size for a gift card to be attached to the back & hang on the tree!

With just some die cutting, simple white embossing and minimal inking, you can create some quick and individual tags with these stamps and dies. They are slightly reminiscent of iced cookies to me (but that could just be my strange imagination).

To make the tags, I die cut the tag shapes, and stamped on the same coloured cardstock with my versafine ink and white embossed them. I die cut the images and gently coloured the edges with distress oxide inks.

I Stamped the sentiments on black cardstock strips and white embossed them too. I adhered the images and sentiments to the tags and finished with ribbon and twine.

Hope you have enjoyed all the tag goodness and hope to see you again soon!

Ali xx

Love the scenes. The color on
color is great. The little
added shading on the edges
really sets them apart.

I'm back for a second look, since I'm going to use your tags for my inspiration today. I really love that "linen look" cardstock you used, what brand is that if you know? I really think it is beautiful! Thanks so much!
