My card today is an interactive one - using the adorable The Bear Up There stamp set! I have also used the Head In The Clouds Cover Panel to frame this adorable little light-up scene!

To begin my card, I die cut the Cloud Cover Panel from white cardstock and trimmed another piece of white cardstock to the same size. I coloured both pieces using my Distress Oxide Inks in Blueprint Sketch and Faded Jeans. I splattered the background piece with white gesso and water droplets and let it dry. I stamped and coloured the ittle bear on the cloud image with W Copics (W9, W7, W5, W3 and W00) and Yellows (Y04, Y00) for the stars. I used a Snow Marker to make the cloud soft and 'puffy'.
I used my Ez-lights from Pear Blossom Press for the light-up element. I attached them to the cloud area on the front panel as shown below. I pierced a small hole to the left and threaded the wires through to the back of the clouds.
I held the bear image over the background piece to see where the 3 little stars would be positioned, marking them lightly with a pencil and pierced 3 small holes with my scalpel for the lights to poke through. I punched 3 small holes in the centre of the stars hanging down from the clouds in the bear image.
I cut some extra clouds using the cloud panel to cover the Ez-light battery as shown below and adhered with some 3D foam at each end.  I created another hole in the background piece for the lights to thread through as per below.
I adhered the background piece and the clouds panel together. The photo below shows the back of the card piece when the wires are sitting - I have secured the excess wire with some double sided tape.
I then poked the lights through the 3 holes I created in the background piece (so they just peak through to the front) and secured them with pieces of double sided tape as shown in the pictures below.

I adhered the whole background piece to a white cardbase and attached the bear image so that the stars aligned with the lights. I stamped and adhered the sentiment strip (white embossed on black cardstock). The Love You sentiment is from the You Matter Stamp Set which I stamped on black cardstock, white embossed and splattered with white Gesso before cutting with t circle punch. I adhered the sentiments to the front of the card to finish it.
