Hi Fetti Fans! It's time for the New Release Hop for Reverse Confetti! For today's card I have used the wonderful Ocean's Of Love Stamp set and the Stitched Pinwheel Cover Plate. To see the whole New Release, Head on over to Reverse Confetti (my affiliate link if you like to shop with those!).
I created the background first by smooching Blueprint Sketch and Broken China Distress Oxide Inks onto some acetate, spritzed with water and flipped ink-side-down onto a piece of watercolor cardstock. Dry with a heat-gun and repeat this process until you achieve the look you like. When dry, I also splattered Shimmer Spritz onto the piece and sprayed it a few times as well.
I cut this to fit a white cardbase and used the Pinwheel Coverplate to cut a white overlay which I adhered with 3D foam. I stamped and colored the images, die cut them and adhered to the front of the card.
I stamped a sentiment from the set in versamark ink on black carstock and white embossed it. The shimmer and pretty ocean colors on this are stunning in real life!
